The Axial Shoulder Wheel is designed for effective shoulder and wrist exercises, particularly shoulder flexion, extension, and supination-pronation movements. It functions similarly to a conventional shoulder wheel or wrist machine but is more compact, making it ideal for small physiotherapy clinics.

This wall-mounted unit is adjustable in both height and radius and comes fitted with a calibrated resistance mechanism. The resistance can be smoothly adjusted from zero to maximum by tightening the strap, and a 360-degree scale on the drum allows measurement of movement from either direction. The chrome-plated adjustment bars add to the durability and aesthetic of the device.
