How to Use:
- Installation: Mount the unit securely to a wall using appropriate hardware wall plugs or screws usually included
- Positioning: Sit or stand comfortably facing the pulley
- Grip Handles: Hold the handles with both hands one acting as the active arm to pull the other as the passive arm to be exercised
- Exercise: Gently pull down with the healthy arm to lift the recovering arm upward Repeat 10 to 15 reps per session 2 to 3 times daily or as advised by your physiotherapist
